Walk and Talk Therapy

(Online)

Walk and talk is a therapeutic activity that utilises the interactional effects of physical movement in outdoor settings. (Revell & McLeod, 2017)

Our walk and talk sessions include grounding and mindfulness exercises and we ensure a safe and grounded embodied experience through skillful guidance of our therapist.
