Our therapy is person-centered and draws from emotion-focused, mindfulness and compassion-based approaches, internal family systems, positive neuroplasticity, and trauma-informed somatic practices.
We provide both in-person and online sessions in a safe, non-judgmental space where you’ll receive compassionate, trauma-informed guidance.

Danica works with mindfulness and somatic-based psychotherapy modalities such as:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Applied Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
Forest Therapy
Positive Neuroplasticity
She is also trained to facilitate mindfulness courses such as the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) courses, where she integrates her mindfulness experience into her therapy work as well

Our session fees are:
$200 per 60 mins for an individual
(90 min sessions available)
$270 for 75 mins for couples or 2 persons
