  • An eight-week foundational mindfulness training course to adopt a mindful life and to find fresh ways of being and living.

How is MBSR conducted?

  • A variety of formal and informal mindfulness practices

  • Seated, lying down

  • Gentle movement

  • Brief discussions on stress physiology
